How to measure

Waist (1/2 waist)
Lay the joggers flat and measure the waistband straight from left to right. Do not stretch.

Hip (1/2 hip)
Measure at the widest point, approx. 18–20 cm below the waistband, from left to right.

Front rise
Measure straight up from the front crotch point to the top edge of the waistband.

Inner leg length (inseam)
Measure from the crotch point along the inner seam to the end of the leg.

Fit
Mid-rise waist · relaxed thigh · tapered leg · true to size.

All measurements in cm, taken from the garment lying flat.

The height figures are for guidance only – the inseam is the determining factor.

Reference: 1.78 m tall with a regular jeans size 32/32 wears size M. The flexible waistband also leaves room for e.g. a 34 or 36.

Two cargo pockets, one rear zip pocket. The waistband fits, the drawstring holds, the leg cuffs close neatly. Belt loops wide enough for underbelts up to 5 cm.
