No motto for clean hands. Bier, Blut, Barbarei is the short oath behind the second Okkultoberfest: tradition is not explained, it is tapped open. What happens next lies somewhere between beer tent, cult and poor supervision.

In the COVEN calendar, Okkultoberfest is no cosy folk evening with a foam crown. It grabs the harmless part of the funfair by the collar and drags it once through hops, chicken grease and a little ruin. The band plays too loud, the table grows too sure, and a toast eventually becomes a confession no one wants on record.
