Note on the measurements / waistband: "Width" of the waistband when the Silkies are lying flat, so for comparison you measure the "width" on the waistband of your pants and compare this with the values in the table. Measurements in cm.
Comparison size: 1.78 m tall with regular "jeans size" 32/32 wears a size M for a very short fit - if you like it a little longer, take a size larger than normal. There is still enough room for flexibility for a 34 or 36, for example, as the waistband is flexible.
